Perhaps most importantly, it also helps to clarify what pet insurance is not designed to do. It also provides the information needed to allow a practice team to determine their recommendation protocols from a position of knowledge.

This course was designed for every member of the practice team, not only the owner or practice manager. Besides understanding pet insurance as a product for clients, each team member needs to evaluate for their own personal needs.
